Hamline in York Faculty Director Proposal

Hamline in York is a semester/academic year abroad program offered by Hamline University in partnership with the University of York. Students take one four-credit course offered by an on-site Hamline University professor and 12 credits towards their major at the University of York (there is also an internship option).
The International and Off-Campus Programs Office is looking for a faculty member to spend one semester or one academic year acting as the Hamline in York Resident Director. The Resident Director will be in charge of overseeing the students participating in the Hamline in York program and teaching one four-credit course in his or her discipline area that also connects to the United Kingdom and/or some aspect of intercultural learning.
All full-time faculty members are eligible to apply to be the Hamline in York Resident Director; approval of the Department Chair and the Dean of the School is required.
